Upon arrival for your first visit, you will be requested to fill up our new patient form prior to your consultation. (Alternatively, you have the option to download and fill up  the new patient form before your appointment).

Your chiropractor will first go through the history and details of your complaint with you.

After understanding your clinical history, you will be provided with a gown and shorts to change into in one of our change rooms, and your chiropractor will conduct a comprehensive assessment utilizing the Gonstead protocol prior to treatment.
