I started chiropractic treatment for my sciatica issue at L4 & L5, which stemmed from an old fall injury in July 2025 and was further aggravated by pregnancy and the epidural after delivery. The pain was extremely intense. Even after 12 sessions of postpartum massage, I still experienced severe lower back pain, numbness in my lower spine, burning sensations, shooting pain down my leg, and constant soreness and stiffness. There were days when the pain was so unbearable that it brought me to tears and made it difficult to care for my baby and carry out daily activities. I searched for a chiropractor near my home and came across Milestone. Reading the many honest and positive reviews gave me the confidence to give it a try. From my initial consultation, Victoria was incredibly professional, patient, and caring. She took the time to ask many questions to understand my history and identify the root cause of my pain. To my surprise, I felt immediate relief after my first treatment. I also really appreciate their gentle chiropractic approach. Every treatment was done with care, and I always felt safe and comfortable throughout my recovery journey. I've now completed more than 10 sessions, and I can confidently say that my condition has improved tremendously and is now at the recovery stage. I just need to continue stabilising and strengthening my back. As a new mum, being able to care for my baby without constant pain has been such a blessing. I am especially grateful to have had Victoria as part of my postpartum journey. She not only helped relieve my physical pain but also gave me reassurance, support, and hope during a very challenging season of motherhood. Beyond my back recovery, she also shared many helpful suggestions and advice on baby feeding and postpartum care which I truly appreciated. I would also like to commend their customer service team. They are always prompt in replying to messages and are very thoughtful in sending appointment reminders, making every visit smooth and hassle-free. Thank you, Victoria and the Milestone team, for your care, dedication, and genuine support throughout my recovery journey. Suffering from lower back pain and cannot even bend my back, attended few sessions, now slowly can recovering back to my normal lifestyle without suffering. Mr Xavier, the chiropractor will slowly guide you on the rehabs etc, definitely worth a try if you suffer any severe pain.

I can’t express how grateful I am to have found Milestones Chiropractors recommended through my wife friend’s. For the past few years, I’ve been struggling with a persistent pulling pain in my right knee , which has made driving long distances incredibly uncomfortable. As someone who travels out of town three times a week , this issue has significantly impacted my daily life. I’ve tried multiple chiropractors and even Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) treatments, but none provided the relief I was hoping for. However after just a few sessions with Xavier , I ‘ve experienced at least 70% improvement! The relief I’ve found has transformed my driving experience and overall quality of life. I came to know MILESTONE CHIROPRATIC from one of my morning kaki friend's . “After my husband started seeing Xavier and he signed us up for a family plan, I decided to visit him for my persistent right leg pulling . I experienced discomfort after sitting for long periods and felt a pulling sentation upon waking . During my first appointment , Xavier took the time to ask about my sysptoms and suggested an X-ray before proceeding with treatment. After reviewing my X-ray results, he explained the underlying spine issues and began treatment. Over just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement; my right leg felt much looser and the discomfort has decreased considerably. I highly recommend Xavier for anyone dealing with similar issues-his thorough approach and effective treatment have made a world of difference for me! Had persistent pain at the back of my leg (hamstring & calf) for countless months and thought it was just muscle tightness. Few visits to a physio but didn’t help. Finally saw Xavier and he quickly identified it as a sciatic nerve issue coming from my sacrum. After just a few visits, the pain is completely gone. Honestly such a relief. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Milestone Chiropractic. I really love the adjustments done by Victoria. Victoria is incredibly skilled and professional. I came in with a stiff neck and a noticeable neck bump that had been bothering me for a long time. After her adjustments, I could already feel a big difference. After just two sessions of backbone adjustments, my upper back pain reduced significantly. I also noticed a huge improvement in my sleep — I used to wake up 5–6 times a night, but now I’m able to sleep much more comfortably. I also had a traumatic injury on my left elbow, and the improvement after two sessions was tremendous. My elbow can now bend much better and feels much more flexible. Victoria is very attentive and truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend Milestone Chiropractic to anyone dealing with body pain, stiffness, or injuries!
